Got something to say?
fuck! this is wy no good people go into advertisment any more! work 48h on a weekend??? for who??? grey??? donīt be frustraded??? only when iīm working in such an agency!! we get Michal Conrad, Ralf Zilligen, the founder of SecoundLife, the DDB Crew and all of them say its great and FUN to work for Brands. The Client is more professional?? Iīthink the agency (most of them) are profesionals. They KNOW what they do and have a lot of fun with it!!
This is just simple said an evidence of incapacity. Working 48 hours a weekend? WTF is this guy talking about? If I would be the primary CEO of Grey I would fire such people immediately. This attitude is bullshit of the 90th. This interview just shows up one thing: agencies like Grey treat their people like slaves due disorganization, trainee incompetence and the big illusion that advertisement is so exciting and the most important thing in this world. Working 48 hours like a dog will cause non-creativity, burnout and simple said: a new Porsche for Mr. Dopheide. What a shame.
